HOW DO I ENTER?

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER?

The competition is open to any adult with UK residency and the amount of times each person can enter is unlimited.

Correctly answered questions via free postal entries will also be accepted and can be posted to: Equinox Living Ltd, South Park Studios, 88 Peterborough Road. London. SW3 6HH.

WHAT IS THE COST PER ENTRY?

The cost per entry is £5.

HOW MUCH WILL THE FLAT BE WORTH?

The prize up for grabs is valued at £210,000. We also will be covering any stamp duty and we pay legal fees of up to £2,000.

HOW LONG DOES THE COMPETITION RUN FOR?

The competition can be entered until midnight on the 29th November 2018.

WHEN IS THE WINNER ANNOUNCED?

The winner will be announced live by Uri Geller on the 3oth November 2018. Those who have answered all 3 questions correctly will be entered into the draw. One winner will be chosen at random using a 3rd party selection software (Code Consultants Ltd).

WHERE CAN I FIND THE RESULTS?

The results will be posted on winaflat.net along with a live video screening of the winner being chosen.

This will also be emailed to all participants.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DON'T SELL ENOUGH TICKETS?

In the event that we don't sell enough tickets to cover the value of the prize plus associated costs are sold, we will be giving away a cash prize equal to all funds received through ticket sales minus the setup expenses. These do not include salaries or office overheads.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF THE APARTMENT?

Apartment number 1 within Equinox Living's new Abbey House, Grenville Place, Bracknell, Berks. RG12 1BP development. This is a 331 sq ft one bedroom apartment on the ground floor, with a 10 year home owner's warranty and a 250 year lease. The ground rent is estimated to be £300 per annum and the service charge is estimated to be £1,100pa.

WHEN WILL THE FLAT BE READY FOR THE WINNER TO MOVE INTO?

The flat will be ready for the winner to move in as soon as the development is completed, this is currently expected to be in December 2018.
