THE FLAT

The centrepiece of the £240m Bracknell town centre regeneration project, Lexicon Shopping and Leisure Center has recently opened its doors. Because of its central location in a tranquil street just a minutes' walk away from the Lexicon, Abbey House offers a prime location with the potential for excellent capital appreciation.

Distinctive in style, both inside and out, Abbey House has been designed to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings such as Italian kitchens by Arta Cucine, normally associated with high-end London developments.

Arta Cucine has been manufacturing kitchens in Italy for some of the leading London brands. The kitchen includes an Italian solid quartz work surface, a BOSCH induction hob, a BOSCH oven, washing machine and integrated dishwasher.

The prize up for grabs is Apartment No. 1 on the ground floor of the development valued at £210,000. This brand new one bedroom apartment of 331 sq ft has been designed by Equinox Living with maximisation of usable space in mind. The apartment comes with Hyperoptic broadband - more than 27x faster than the average UK broadband. It also boasts features such as a rain shower head, a video entrance system and fully fitted mirrored wardrobes in the double bedroom.

Subject to tickets sold please refer to the terms and conditions.
